It’s intervals on Monday 6th March. Please meet at the bowl football pitch situated behind the police station in Muir of Ord at the usual time of 6.45pm. Parking is available here ( there is a big car park situated down towards the pitch). Intervals are great fun and are suitable for all abilities.
