Mental Health and Well-Being

Some of you may have heard that JogScotland and SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health) formed a beneficial partnership earlier this year. This partnership has developed and is rolling out awareness training for JogLeaders on mental health and well-being and how physical activity, including jogging, can help boost our wellness.

Muir of Ord JogLeaders Sheila, Mike and Glenn attended the face to face training delivered by Jo from JogScotland and Robert from SAMH with other leaders in the group training via the e-learning course.
