Week beginning 13th November – times and places.

Monday – the beginners still meeting at 6.45 in the station car park.

Others meet at the bowl football pitch(down past the police station) at 6.45 for intervals with Alison Heggie or for a run round the village with Claire and Alison Mackay.   

  1. Wednesday- afternoon run 1.30 pm meet at the station. Wednesday evening meet at the station at 6.45.
