Unfortunately the Wednesday Afternoon group sessions will not be restarting immediately in the New Year.
We’ve called a halt to our group until we return to Level 3 or lower, as the social distancing requirements under Tier 4 are not practical for where and when we run.
However you all have ‘homework’ to do until we can meet again. 😁 To maintain your fitness you could be aiming to get out for a run/walk/cycle once, twice or more often each week. And, just as importantly, the jog leaders would like you to share your activities with us. This doesn’t need to be much: a couple of sentences telling us how you run went, or a photo. Your contribution could be just what it takes to motivate someone else to get out there – so get posting and sharing
