You may have seen the news that non-contact organised sport is able to resume following the announcement of a small relaxing of Covid restrictions. However the rules on social distancing say runners in groups should maintain 2m when running side by side and 5m when running in single file. After discussion, your jog leaders feel this is too restrictive for us to restart just now.
We look forward to when these rules are relaxed and we can run in social groups again, close enough to chat and support one another.
In the meantime do keep sharing what you are doing, even if doing very little. You never know, something you share may inspire others who are struggling with their physical or mental health.
