More good news

We are now able to offer one evening session a week, as well as our lunchtime session starting on Wednesday 26th May at 18:45 to 19:45

Your jog leaders are planning for a safe return to group sessions following Scottish Athletics guidelines.

Meet in the railway station car park at 18:45. We know you will be excited to see one another again but please keep 2m physical distance!

We plan to run with small groups aiming to maintain physical distance from each other and 2m from the general public.

Please note, we will keep a register of attendance at our sessions. In the event that we are contacted by NHS Test and Protect, we will pass on the requested details to NHS Test and Protect.

All runners must be members of the national Jog Scotland organisation.

All members must complete an online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) form before attending any sessions.

If you completed a form last year, you don’t need to do it again. If you can’t remember, drop me as message and I’ll check the spreadsheet.
