Wednesday 7th July

Lunchtime session 12:30 – 13:30

Evening session 18:45 – 19:45

Several different paced small groups will be running at each session.

If you havent been out for a while and are unsure of your fitness level, come along and chat to the leaders who will ensure you go out with others of a similar ability.

Remember, no one is too slow!

And… no one is left behind!
