Couch to 5K Week 2

Runs 2 and 3 for this week are the same as we did this evening.

Remember to leave one day of rest from running between each session. This doesn’t mean complete rest – do other exercise if you wish.


If you wish to follow the app, we are using the NHS C25K app.


For those that wish to use a timer, I recommend a wee Gymboss that clips onto your top. Or use the Gymboss app on your phone.
