How long have you been running for?

What made you start running?
I wanted to get fit so joined the Beginner’s night at Stornoway Running and Athletics Club. I could barely make it round the track but the enthusiasm of the leaders kept me coming back.

What’s your best running achievement to date?
I’ve run 3 half marathons in one year.

When did you first become a Jog Leader?
September 2016

What’s your favourite post-run treat?
A drink of milk is excellent for post-run recovery. As I’m lactose intolerant I use A2 milk.
