When we meet at the railway station car park, we have a short warm- up session, then we split into different groups to ensure that everyone is catered for. Absolute beginners are always catered for at every session. So, even if you have never jogged before we can help you get started.
We meet on :
Mondays at 6.45pm
Wednesdays at 1.30pm
Wednesdays at 6.45pm
The beginners group will follow a walk/jog pattern to slowly build up distance and speed.
The intermediate groups usually follow varying routes of around 4-6 miles depending on the ability of the group.
The advanced group will run varying routes of around 6-7 miles.
When we finish our runs, we meet back at the railway station car park for a cool-down session, involving light stretches.
